The aim of the project is to connect educational institutions with the industrial sectors of the Euregio. Career guidance for pupils aged between 14 and 18, which also aims to provide a view beyond language and national borders. To this end, the partners in the project use digital alternatives to standard careers guidance: mobile escape rooms and VR glasses, which provide a virtual tour of a company, allow pupils to decide whether a particular industry would be suitable for them without leaving the classroom.

In addition to promoting the neighbouring languages German, French and Dutch, as well as intercultural skills, the project also addresses the general shortage of skilled workers in all professions in the Euregio Meuse-Rhine.
